Raporo ya UBS ivuga ko Bibiliya itaragera nibura kuri 30 ku ijanma y’abatuye isi bikaba biteye impungenge ku kujyana ubutumwa bwiza.
Bibiliya yuzuye (full bible) imaze imyaka 66 igeze mu Rwanda iri mu rurimi rw’ikinyarwanda ikaba kuba igikoresho nkenerwa mu by’ibanze umuntu akenera buri munsi.
Bibiliya kandi nyuma yo gushyirwa mu Kinyarwanda yegeranijwe mu nyandiko imwe kuko ibumbiye hamwe ibitabo byinshi.
Ibigo bifite ubushobozi bwo gutunganya Bibiliya neza bifite icyicaro cyabyo mu bihugu bya Koreya,itunganywa n’ibigo bikomeye byo muri Koreya ndetse n’ibihugu bya Scandinavia bityo bikaba bitwara ikiguzi kinini mu kugirango iboneke. Mu mwaka icumi ishize ,abaterankunga ba Bibiliya bagabanutse ku kigero cya 87 ku ijana.
Ibi byatewe n’uko benshi mu bayiteraga inkunga Bagiye bitaba Imana, abandi barashaje imitungo bayiraga abana babo ariko ntibabaraga umutima bityo benshi muri bo bayobotse gutera inkunga ibindi bitari Bibiliya.
Buri mwaka BSR ikenera nibura bibiliya ibihumbi 200 kugirango ibashe guhaza ubusabe bw’abazikeneye. Kugira ngo iyi ntego igerweho haba hakenewe ingengo y’imari ya miliyari enye z’amafaranga y’u Rwanda.

THE BIBLE CAMPAIGN MESSAGE
According to the UBS report, the Bible has not yet reached at least 30 percent of the world’s population, which is a concern for the gospel.
The full Bible, which has been in Rwanda for 66 years, is in the Kinyarwanda language and is a necessary tool in the basic needs of a person every day.
After being translated into Kinyarwanda, the Bible was compiled into one document because it combines many books.
The companies that have the ability to process the Bible properly have their headquarters in Korea, it is processed by major companies in Korea and Scandinavian countries and therefore it costs a lot to make it available.
It also requires a lot of effort in terms of money and manpower to get the Bible to everyone in our country of Rwanda.
The Bible Society of Rwanda is trying to do everything possible to make the Bible available.
One Bible costs at least 100 dollars or more than 100 thousand Rwandan Francs and at least 85 percent came from charity, until now they have decreased significantly day by day.
In the last ten years, Bible donors have dropped by 87 percent.
This was because many of those who supported it passed away and others grew older and gave inheritance of their belongings to their children but not their hearts, therefore, so many of them have decided to support other things than the Bible.
Every year, BSR needs at least 200 thousand books to be able to satisfy the requests of those who are in need. In order to achieve this goal, a budget of four billion Rwandan francs is needed.
Why this campaign?
Due to all the reasons mentioned above including the decrease of donors while cost keeps going high day by day depending on situations, BSR asks everyone to donate the Bible as much as they can.
